Firefighters worked together for more than seven hours on August 8, 2006, to free a construction worker trapped under 400,000 pounds of concrete at the Phoenix Convention Hall. Twenty-eight-year-old, Casey Johansen, was crushed inside his front-end loader under a massive pile of debris when the roof of the building's main lobby collapsed. He was finally freed and taken alive to Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. Click here for dramatic photos of the harrowing rescue.
