Ecrin Roc - Mountaineering helmet

Designed for difficult access work where there is no risk of electrical discharges or molten metal splash.

• Conforms to all the requirements of the mountaineering helmet standard (EN 12492).
• High capacity to absorb impacts from falling objects (EN 12492 more exacting than EN 397).
• Force required to open the chin strap is greater than 50 daN in order to keep the helmet correctly positioned on the head in the case of a fall.
• Does not meet the optional requirements of the EN 397 standard relating to electrical insulation and molten metal splash (due to ventilation holes).
• Maximum ventilation, although this can be limited by plugs (optional accessories A01870).
