Our members participate in various exciting outdoor activities in Arizona and the surrounding areas. We offer beginning rock climbing and ice climbing classes, anchors placement, and lead climbing instruction.

We have a monthly meeting and a program where we host a video or slide show narrated by famous climbers or mountaineers sharing their adventures from around the world. The Arizona Mountaineer, our monthly newsletter, is available from various retailers locally and lists more details of our activities.

Join us on some of our outings, if you already have climbing experience. Meet new friends and discover new routes. From the occasional weekend climber to those attempting the highest summits, the AMC has something for everybody.
