RETURNS
Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise for any reason. AHS Rescue is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RA number. Returned merchandise will be inspected and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

There will be absolutely no returns on rope, webbing, webbing products, books or videos, unless the item was received in a damaged condition and an RA number request is received within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

On all other returns, an RA must be request within 15 days of invoice date.
